Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department based on budget and census.
The Scheduler must coordinate monthly nursing schedules, maintain attendance records, and report staffing variances to the Director of Nursing Services.
This role requires maintaining confidentiality of resident health information and assisting in the orientation of newly hired nursing personnel.
