Job Summary

• The Sr Manager, Technology will be responsible for leading the technology team and driving innovations and automations in Oracle ERP solutions and Boomi Integration platforms.
• This position will manage a team of Oracle technical engineers and Boomi Integration developers and own the management of documenting technical requirements, design specs and coding standards.

Base: $157,000.00 - $271,400.00; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: Vacation –120 hours per calendar year, Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year, Holiday pay –13 days per calendar year, Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year, Parental Leave – 480 hours, Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member, Caregiver Leave – 80 hours, Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year, Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• 12+ years of technology experience in Enterprise systems like Oracle Cloud
• Extensive integration experience in integration platforms like Boomi /OIC
• 5+ years of experience in Boomi development and architecture
• Proven experience as a people leader
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Systems, or equivalent technical field
