The Nurse Manager oversees plans, organizes, manages and evaluates patient care operations for a designated area(s) on a 24-hour basis as needed.
The Nurse Manager develops, administers and manages unit budget plans and identifies opportunities for improvement in patient care and organizational processes.

Key Requirements
Baccalaureate degree in nursing
Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field strongly preferred
Current Ohio RN license
Minimum three years RN clinical experience
Minimum two years management experience
Current certification in nursing administration or area of clinical expertise
