Job Summary

  • The Inpatient Staff Occupational Therapist will provide services to enhance development, restore function, and prevent disability in children with various conditions in an acute medical setting.
  • The position includes evaluation, treatment, home programming, and fabrication of splints for children with musculoskeletal, neurological, sensory processing, hematology, oncology, and neuromuscular disorders.
  • The OT will provide therapy for chronically ill patients with lengthy hospital stays and offer education and consultation to caregivers and medical professionals within the healthcare system and community.
