The Engineer, Observability, Monitoring and Operational Reporting serves as a subject matter expert within the Technology Operations Center for enterprise observability, monitoring strategy, operational telemetry, and service performance reporting.
This role is responsible for designing, implementing, administering, and continuously improving the capabilities that provide visibility into the health, performance, and reliability of the company’s technology environment across infrastructure, cloud platforms, applications, networks, collaboration services, and end user experience.
