Job Summary
The purpose of this role is to assure the daily, safe, efficient and effective operations of all plant equipment and machinery in accordance with established policies and procedures.
This role involves examining, testing, maintaining, and repairing all physical plant machinery and equipment to assure safe and efficient operations.
Responsibilities include assisting in the construction and repair of production facilities, including building, structure walls, floors, cabinets, and fixtures.

Must-have
Maintain and repair physical plant machinery
Inspect and repair cooling and heating systems
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks
Change bags in baghouse
Follow safety procedures
Understand wire diagrams and construction plans

Assist in snow and ice removal
Maintain feed safety and quality practices
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
3-5 years' experience related to industrial electrical, welding, or plumbing preferred
Electrical knowledge from 110V to 480V (3 phase)
Ability to operate industrial equipment
Valid driver license required
Ability to use basic math skills
Ability to work daily shifts, weekends, and extended hours
