Job Summary
Responsible for the oversight of multiple facility rehabilitation programs, both in-house and contract therapy providers, and mentoring of Directors of Rehabilitation.
This includes but is not limited to training new Directors of Rehabilitation, providing recommendations to rehab programs on efficiencies, and operations monitoring to ensure adherence to PACS Therapy Best Practices and Policies and Procedures as well as Medicare guidelines and State Practice Acts.
The role does not include providing direct patient care or documentation in patient EMR except during emergent situation and with approval of PACS leadership.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in PT, OT, or SLP
Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Net Health, Point Click Care
Licensed as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, and/or Speech Language Therapist
