Must-have
Electrical and mechanical fault diagnosis
Regular maintenance of production equipment
Installation and setup of new machines
Collaboration across departments
Proposing technical improvements
Nice-to-have
Experience with servo drives and PLCs
Knowledge of CMMS systems like SAP
Familiarity with RCA and FMEA analysis
Interest in reliability certification
English language skills at B2 level
Key Requirements
Secondary education with maturity (electromechanic)
Minimum §21 electrician authorization
Bachelor's degree in engineering or electrotechnics preferred
Practical experience in maintenance and diagnostics preferred
