Job Summary

  • Create and maintain accounting policies for the broker-dealer and assist with month-end closing processes.
  • Prepare daily journal entries, monthly finance presentations to Senior Management, and quarterly presentations to the Board of Directors.
  • Assist with preparation of various regulatory reports including FINRA FOCUS Reports, Net Capital computations, and Customer Protection Rule calculations.

Salary

Base: $120,000 - $140,000; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus eligible; Benefits: Generous employee benefits package

Key Requirements

  • 5+ Years accounting background US broker-dealers
  • Bachelors or Masters in Accounting
  • FINRA Series 27 is a plus
  • CPA is a plus
  • Experience using Broadridge Impact
  • Experience using Workday Enterprise Management
  • US GAAP Accounting Policy knowledge
  • SEA, NFA and CME regulatory knowledge
