Job Summary

• You will be responsible for advising various corporate functions, ranging from the Board of Directors/Supervisory Board, Tax, Finance, HR, Compensation and Benefits, Legal etc. and management teams and remuneration committees for both listed and non-listed companies on all aspects of reward.
• As a (Senior) Manager, your main task will be to provide support with strategic reward advice for executives, including plan design, (ESG) target setting, governance, tax, implementation and communication advice in direct consultation with your expert team members.
