Job Summary

  • The Department of Political Science invites applications for multiple in-person and/or online instructor positions to begin August 2026.
  • Instructors are expected to utilize Blackboard to submit course syllabus, order textbooks or other reading materials, provide developmentally meaningful feedback, present engaging learning experiences, respond to students in a timely manner, communicate regularly with designated academic program director, submit final grades within university deadlines, and comply with other requests as a part-time lecturer.
  • The teaching positions are available for specific POLS courses including Political Marketing, American Government and Politics, and Introduction to International Relations.
