ASP Construction Health & Safety Certificate
Valid Quebec driver's license and reliable vehicle
Ability to interpret architectural and MEP drawings
Nice-to-have
Working toward PMP or RPA designation
Post-secondary education in Building Science
Experience with preconstruction and tendering processes
Strong initiative and autonomous work ethic
High level of professionalism in team environments
Key Requirements
2+ years experience in construction project coordination
ASP Construction Health & Safety Certificate required
Valid Quebec driver's license and vehicle access
Post-secondary degree in Architecture Technology or Project Management
Authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
