Workday is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant specializing in HCM and Compensation to join their remote Workday Success Plans team in Warsaw. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in IT implementation and software consulting, specifically within compensation systems, and be capable of effectively communicating value to customers through consulting and presentations

Job Summary

  • The Workday Success Plans Team creates programs to help customers drive business value from their Workday applications, ranging from feature demonstrations to full feature deployments.
  • As a trusted Workday advisor, you will assist customers with how-to questions, troubleshoot configuration, provide feature demonstrations, and share best practices.
