Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for the planning, setting of the direction of the crew, and resource distribution of the restaurant to achieve an efficient, well-prepared, and profitable food and beverages restaurant.
  • The role involves supervising operations of at least two restaurants and working closely with the Operations Manager on menu planning, marketing, and special functions.
  • The Senior Restaurant Manager leads the team on each shift to uphold company service standards and ensures sufficient stocks and proper equipment conditions.
