Key Requirements

  • At least 2 years in Customer Issue Resolutions/Billing/Credit and Collection role
  • Working knowledge of Customer Service theories and practices
  • High Proficiency of the Thai language
  • Ability to communicate in spoken and written English
  • Demonstrated proficiency in coordinating tasks
  • Detail-Oriented and high comfortability with operational processes
