Must-have
10+ years roadway and highway project experience
Active California Professional Engineer license
Strong knowledge of Caltrans design standards
Experience with Design-Bid-Build delivery methods
Advanced corridor modelling on Civil 3D

Business development and proposal support skills
Design-Build delivery method experience

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required
