Must-have
Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
8 years experience in Building Engineering
Proficient in AutoCad and BIM
Manage M&E subcontractors work progress
Conduct testing and commissioning activities
Nice-to-have
Experience with prefabricated MEP system projects
Completed QM project registration
Registered Core-trade Foremen/Supervisor status
Positive work attitude and team player
Good analytical and communication skills
Key Requirements
Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering recognised by PE Board / BCA
At least 8 years' experience in Building Engineering projects
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCad, and BIM
Completed QM project and registered Core-trade Foremen/Supervisor (preferred)
