  • The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the Bristol Estate and assist Operations Manager in the delivery of facilities services to occupiers in one our managed properties.
  • Key responsibilities include management of the Bristol Estate, ancillaries management, occupier engagement, budget management, and ESG reporting.
  • The role involves supporting the Operations Manager in delivering client KPIs, assisting in operational initiatives, and liaising with occupier representatives.

Key Requirements

  • Client facing experience or corporate FM background
  • IWFM / BIFM qualification or similar
  • Prior experience in operations at Supervisor or Team Leader Level
  • Knowledge of safety, quality, and cost risks
