Assists the Director of Nursing in directing activities of licensed and non-licensed personnel whom provide health care and nursing services to residents on a 24-hour, 7day per week basis.
Oversees clinical operations, including making daily rounds and monitoring resident conditions, ensuring resident safety and respectful treatment.
Maintains confidentiality, keeps abreast of regulatory changes, and communicates them appropriately to the nursing staff.
