Job Summary
As MSAT Site Lead, you will steer the site’s MSAT agenda to ensure teams can supply patients with confidence by managing new products, lifecycle support, validation, and process improvement.
You will lead and develop a team of engineers, setting direction, mentoring, assigning work based on risk and business need, and building flexibility across products and business units.
You will collaborate across the global MSAT network and with external partners to share learning, build common approaches, and introduce innovative technologies.
