Job Summary
Control the day-to-day operation of the incineration plant to ensure that waste is processed at the required throughput levels and in accordance with the environmental permit.
Observe and adjust the incineration plant automated settings and waste loading regime within defined parameters as required to maintain compliant operation and the required waste throughput.
Complete and record shift logs, shift inspections and shift handovers to ensure that information related to operations, malfunctions and compliance is recorded and handed to the line management and the next shift.
