Key Requirements
4+ years of UX/Product Design experience
1+ year of experience leading/mentoring Product Designers
Bachelor’s Degree in HCI/UX, Social Science, Psychology, Research, or other related field, or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience working on consumer-facing digital products in a regulated environment
2+ years of experience optimizing product design workflows with generative artificial intelligence
