The Senior Counsel, Employment and Corporate Litigation provides strategic legal advice and litigation management across a broad range of employment and corporate disputes.
This role is responsible for overseeing complex litigation matters, advising on employment / litigation related risk, and supporting the organization’s objectives through proactive dispute prevention, effective litigation strategy, and strong cross functional partnership with Human Resources, Compliance, Risk, and business leadership.
