Job Summary
Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of Anthropic's developer and builder community programs in EMEA, including the Claude Community Ambassador Program and local Claude Community Events.
Identify, recruit, and support community ambassadors across priority EMEA cities — providing sponsorship, content, and operational support to enable them to host high-quality local events at scale.
Build and track the metrics that matter: event coverage, ambassador retention, community growth, and — critically — the downstream impact on pipeline and conversion.
