Job Summary
The Advocacy Coordinator is responsible for leading district-level advocacy, safeguarding, and child protection initiatives under the KREASI program, strengthening government collaboration and supporting policy development.
This role ensures high-quality implementation, effective stakeholder engagement, and sustainable changes that improve the protection and well-being of children in learning environments.
The KREASI project aims to accelerate the improvement of literacy, numeracy, and character education for preschool and primary school students, funded by the Global Partnership for Education (GPE).

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Min. 3 years' experience as Project Coordinator or Specialist
Experience in grant-funded projects
Experience in humanitarian and development contexts
Experience in project design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and report writing
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Able to travel within the country
Prepared to engage in field mobility activities
Strong understanding of Indonesian education system
Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
Experience in conducting baseline/evaluation activities
Advanced digital platform and Ms. Office suite skills
