  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profitability goals for the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and orthopedic surgeons to promote specialized sports medicine solutions.
  • Identify, develop, and manage a high-performing distributor network to ensure seamless product availability and service.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Pharma, Bio-Medical Engineering, or related field
  • 4–6 years of high-performance sales experience
  • Proven track record in Surgical Sales or Medical Capital Equipment
  • Experience in Orthopedics or Sports Medicine is a significant advantage
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex Channel Partners
  • Strong existing network or understanding of the healthcare landscape in Nagpur and Chhattisgarh
  • Proven competence in handling government procurement processes
  • Successful track record of driving business in major government institutions
