The role facilitates acceptance or refusal of donor organs and coordinates organ recovery with various medical teams, communicating effectively and sensitively with patients.
The position requires 24/7 coverage on a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and involves executing complex logistical support for organ recovery and placement.

Key Requirements
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Four (4) years of nursing experience
Current Arkansas State Board of Nursing License
