Job Summary

• You will play a defining role in accelerating the learning and training of healthcare professionals worldwide through innovative clinical simulation.
• In this leadership role, you will lead all aspects of operations for seven Johnson & Johnson Institutes laboratories in the United States while driving outstanding clinical simulation practices across a global network of 24 Institutes.

Salary

Base: $150,000.00 - $258,750.00; Bonus/Equity: eligible for annual performance bonus; Benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, pension, 401(k), PTO

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 8–10 years of experience leading a laboratory
• 5 years of people leadership experience
• Experience establishing and operating multiple clinical or training lab facilities
• Proven organizational change experience
