The Multi-Site Facilities Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the designated Assets, providing effective leadership and support for all services.
Key responsibilities include managing site-based hard FM services, reactive and planned maintenance, and ensuring effective delivery of FM services to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
The role requires an understanding of UK Health & Safety laws, building repair trades, and experience in managing contractors and premium residential buildings.

Key Requirements
Understanding of UK Health & Safety laws
Qualification in electrical/mechanical engineering or plumbing or equivalent experience
Building maintenance experience in High-Rise Residential environment
Supervising contractors/suppliers experience
Experience developing and maintaining risk assessments
Experience managing planned preventative maintenance systems
