Job Summary

  • This role focuses on using a consultative sales process to identify and meet the financial needs of customers through lobby leadership or tele-consulting.
  • Candidates must complete a 4-8 week onboarding program including rotations in operations and Sales & Service before becoming a Personal Banker I.
  • The position requires maintaining ethical behavior, following policies to mitigate risk, and achieving revenue growth targets within the Financial Center P&L.
