This position will play a key role in supporting and scaling Intercom’s revenue accounting operations, ensuring accurate, efficient, and scalable revenue processes.
The role is highly operational and detail-oriented, focusing on owning complex revenue workflows, improving visibility, and ensuring the accuracy of automated processes.
We are seeking a motivated individual with strong revenue accounting fundamentals excited to improve processes, leverage automation and AI tools, and operate in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Salary
Base: $147,000-$180,000; Bonus/Equity: Corporate bonus program or sales incentive and stock (RSUs); Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible PTO, 401k plan & match

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of accounting experience
SaaS experience preferred
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
Foundational knowledge of ASC 606
Experience with NetSuite
CPA (or in progress) preferred
