As a Team Lead, you will have daily opportunities to invest in the lives of others and make a positive difference while providing supervision and coaching during various activities of daily living.
The role includes opening and closing the program, assisting with lesson plans, training staff, ensuring program quality, and following the company’s guiding principles of Team Work, Communication, and Respect.
