Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5 years experience in maintenance delivery contracts
Manage multiple stakeholders including client and authorities
Knowledge of federal state and local building codes
Safety and profitably delivering project lifecycle stages
Nice-to-have
Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent degree
Previous experience within relevant local utilities environment

Key Requirements
