Job Summary
The Global Support & Operations Organization aims to build a global support & operations center of excellence to achieve the highest levels of employee, fan & client satisfaction.
In this role, you will support Ticketmaster clients in all their event management needs, including building events, making updates, and supporting self-programming clients.
You will be responsible for collecting, reviewing, and inputting accurate data into Ticketmaster ticketing systems, verifying output, and proactively resolving client issues and technical errors.
