Job Summary

• The Operations Officer is responsible for the supervision of a GBS transaction processing team and plays an important role in facilitating communication between functional teams to share knowledge and good practice, and to foster a focus on process and performance efficiency.
• Your key responsibilities include ensuring timely, complete and accurate processing of transactions, applying GBS and Business strategies, and building and maintaining relationships with front office clients.
