Job Summary

  • Responsible for profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts, fulfilling service agreement obligations, and managing material programs.
  • Develop and own site customer communication plans, coordinate regular customer meetings, and oversee warranty and commercial considerations.
  • Prepare, organize, and facilitate outage planning and post-outage meetings, and own contract leadership including project deliverables and T&Cs.

Key Requirements
