** BP is seeking an Area Sales Manager for bikes in Bangkok, Thailand, responsible for delivering sales strategies and managing local distributor partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and experience in distributor management, alongside a commitment to safety and ethics. **

Job Summary

  • Responsible for delivering the indirect sales strategy and financial performance targets including Sales Volume, Gross Margin and Overdue, handling local distributor partners and intermediaries/resellers in the sales territory or geography.
  • To achieve and exceed the Volume and benchmark targets for Distributor channel – responsibility not limited to sell-in car volume/value only but also be responsible for sell-out car volume/value of distributors to workshops, this includes the implementation of go-to-market strategy and strategic marketing program within the channel.
