Job Summary

• The Associate is responsible for contributing to the profitable growth and quality of the Bank’s Commercial Credit portfolio by supporting the Private Equity Sponsor Coverage Group in credit application write-up, financial modelling, and company/industry analysis.
• Accountabilities include performing analytic functions, due diligence, assisting with transaction execution, completing risk assessments, analyzing amendment requests, researching client requirements, and building financial models.
• The role requires intermediate credit skills, accounting and financial statement analysis, financial modelling, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a standard office environment with non-standard hours.
