You will play an important role in the global applications CRM team, supporting and improving digital systems and tools, especially for the Transmission BU.
Your daily work will involve supporting existing digital platforms and the development/rollout of new tools, including AI solutions, acting as a point of contact for the Transmission BU.

Salesforce ecosystem experience
Hands-on implementation experience
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
Apex/LWC/LWR frameworks
API integrations, DevOps approach
Data integration with ETL/ESB platforms
Fluent English (spoken and written)

Key Requirements
5 or more years of experience in Salesforce
Master’s degree in engineering or economics

Copado CI/CD and Einstein/Agent Force knowledge
Minimum 5 years' experience in CRM tools design and implementation
