Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and strictly adhere to all facility policies regarding patient safety, confidentiality, and infection control.
Key responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, monitoring vital signs, documenting care, and ensuring the comfort and safety of residents throughout the shift.
