Job Summary

  • Work closely with the Fixed Income COO and Head of Fixed Income Financing, Head of CLOs, and Head of Residential Mortgage Finance to develop and execute business strategies.
  • Monitor the financial performance of Fixed Income Financing, CLOs, and Residential Mortgage Finance; develop KPIs and analytics that support business decisions.
  • Continuously seek financial resource optimization opportunities across risk weighted assets, balance sheet, leverage, and funding, and make recommendations for actions to Fixed Income leadership.
