Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are required to report all changes in resident condition, accidents, and suspected abuse immediately to supervisors.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and maintaining a calm, positive environment while strictly adhering to privacy and safety protocols.

Key Requirements
