Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Troubleshooting and repairing fire alarm systems
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
  • Using test equipment and multi-meter devices
  • Performing physical labor including climbing ladders
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Programming fire alarm and access control panels
  • On-call and after-hours work

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with CCTV and IT/IP networks

Key Requirements

  • 3-5+ years experience in low voltage electrical systems
  • NICET Level II certification strongly preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license meeting company requirements
  • Ability to carry 50-70 lbs and work at heights up to 40 feet
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and overnight travel
  • Retention of licenses required by National, State, and Local codes
