You will be responsible to establish, monitor and maintain a high service standard at MPA properties, including MPA’s tenanted space and infrastructures leased/outsourced to external vendors
Job Summary
You will be responsible to establish, monitor and maintain a high service standard at MPA properties, including MPA’s tenanted space and infrastructures leased/outsourced to external vendors.
Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to integrate green initiatives in facilities management strategies of MPA to explore harvesting of green and renewable energy so as to reap greater energy efficiency.
Support the development and implementation on Environmental, Occupational Safety and Health policies, procedures and manual, implement risk analysis assessments and surveys to identify potential areas of hazards in term of facilities management as member of the Workplace Safety & Health committee.
