As the public face of CommBank, the Retail Banking Services team delivers a seamless banking experience to more than 10 million personal and small business customers.
The Customer Banking Specialist role involves supporting customers with enquiries, processing credit applications, conducting financial health checks, and educating customers on digital banking options.
Applicants must be available for a predetermined part-time roster of 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 12.00pm to 4.00pm.
