Collect and compile owner/tenant information
Manage internal and external document systems
Handle phone and email inquiries
Prepare purchase requisitions and purchase orders
Control material disbursement and maintain stock records
Receive goods and compare with delivery notes
Prepare monthly utility usage summaries
Receive payments and issue receipts
Track outstanding debts and prepare monthly reports
Manage contracts and security deposits
Prepare expense documents for contractor payments
Manage petty cash and supporting documents
Coordinate with banks for transfers and statements
Withhold tax from contractors and service providers
Prepare and submit VAT reports
Record income and expenses in accounting system
Prepare monthly income and expense summaries
Maintain financial and tax documents for at least 5 years
