  • Discern Analytics 2 (DA2) reporting tool proficiency
  • Cerner data model Bedrock knowledge
  • Clinical quality measure eCQM experience
  • Standard code set management SNOMED LOINC ICD-10
  • Query language skills CCL or SQL
  • 5-7 years clinical informatics or data analysis experience

Nice-to-have

  • Previous Federal Health consulting experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical needs for non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with Application Lifecycle Management tools
  • Clinical background preferred

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Data Analytics, or related field
  • US Citizenship required
  • Minimum 5-7 years combined experience in healthcare data or reporting
  • Direct hands-on experience with Oracle Health/Cerner Millennium platform
  • Must comply with client immunization and occupational health mandates
