  • The Associate Director, Strategic Insights & Analytics is responsible for leading integrated analytics to generate new business insights and uncover growth opportunities for J&J Solid Tumor Pipeline and Precision Medicine across Oncology.
  • This individual will closely partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and other business partners, delivering business building recommendations, shaping decision-making, and driving organizational action.
  • The position plays a key role in advising leadership and guiding the business in the development and evaluation of new and existing strategies and tactics and as a result, shares accountability for business results.

Key Requirements

  • at least 7 years of relevant business experience
  • Advanced Degree Desirable
