Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA within the Order-to-Cash (OTC) workstream, defining, governing, and making key decisions for global processes.
Ensure global standardization, alignment with SAP best practices, and compliance with regulatory requirements by leading process design workshops and driving adoption of standardized OTC processes.
Act as the primary liaison between Customer Success and functional/technical teams, documenting current processes, defining future states, and validating SAP configurations and process flows.
