Job Summary

  • We are looking for a Chief Estimator to head our building group, overseeing the direction of an estimating team and managing the cost estimate deliverable process.
  • The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of General Construction as well as the trades and practices, with at least 15 years of experience on MEP and General Construction projects.
  • Salary is $300-400K DOE, with a competitive bonus structure and benefits package, working on marquee projects in the Greater New York City Area.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management
  • At least 15 years of experience
  • Previous field experience on large-scale ($500M+) construction projects
  • Expertise in estimating, cost engineering, and scheduling work processes and systems
  • Experience with Timberline, Navisworks, P6, Revit, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and PowerBI
